How our Services Work
We follow a four step process to develop white papers:
Phase 1: Initial Meeting with Decentralized Application Team
Our team will meet with your team members and discuss the nature of your project. We will discuss important differentiating factors of your decentralized application and understand of how your product can win the market. The purpose of this phase is to develop a concept of your team’s vision for a final white paper.
Phase 2: White Paper Structure Development and Review
After this meeting, our team will begin to prepare a white paper structure with section headings, detailed descriptions of each section and the major arguments being made in each section. We will work with your team to understand the overall structure of your white paper and agree on a final format for your team.
Phase 3: Writing and Revision of White Paper Document
After a structure has been decided upon, our team will begin writing the full details of your content, working from the big ideas we talked about and how they fit in to support your main differentiators. As sections become edited and delivered, we will review that the content delivers on the promise that the team is offering.
Phase 4: Finalization of Content and Delivery
After the content has been written, our teams will meet again to confirm that the white paper objectives have been accurately met. The client should expect completed content to organize into their white paper (white paper visualizations, placing and formatting are a separate project)
The Hivergent Team
The Hivergent team is comprised of Brian Schuster and Eric Clark. Brian and Eric have worked together to build managed services organizations and marketing material of different industries, including cloud computing, microservices and decentralized applications.
Brian has worked and been involved with blockchain technology since early 2016. He has recently begun writing for Hivergent research in an effort to better understand the blockchain industry. He is also in the process of developing a decentralized application with his team in Indianapolis, IN.
Eric is a strategist, focusing on the impact of blockchain technology on businesses and consumers. He first started following the industry when Bitcoin began rapidly rising in popularity in 2013. He became more closely involved with the industry due to the rapid rise of the Ethereum and other popular blockchains.
